He was fine with that so I said if he had credit card we could take the payment. I understand completely. They need to stick to a set of rules and stop having a hundred different things all going to one department with like 10 people working there. It is driving my crazy. I cant handle the waiting anymore. Every department has a ridiculous hold time and its all stuff we could do but Good God we are way to dumb to know how to order a phone without a contract. My problem with that logic is what about the ones with legit problems where there are notes on the account about what they were told...all of it wrong and we can offer 1/2...yeah that would make me furious if i was a customer...to be told one thing that find out its wrong and have the company not even admit their mistake....think about if any other company tried that would you let them get away with it

I know those people impress me. Who cares that much about other peoples problems to lug around anything that heavy. I have a book got 2 pages in doesnt even way 3 oz's and only cause I am too lazy to look any #'s up. Oh and a pen. Those are my trusty Cingular tools...well that and my ability to keep my sarcasm to a limit when on the phone. Thats the one the impresses me. :P

Good plan I hate the Ergo stations. I always want to move something just to see if anyone notices. My station is good it comes with a footrest. Well it's a crate but anything is good. Plus I have campino's yummy

Thats what happens when you sit in the corner. Does anyone else think that some reps just look at the CA area code and start saying all of this without actually checking the migration tool. I had 3 reps do it to me today...they are in CA so they cant migrate what do I tell them? My answer is the same everytime...did you actually check?
