yeah, I second that. I just stopped going to the site. I mean that is one sided review. I have this phone since Saturday, and only thing I'm still questioning is the size. Other then that, I haven't been able to put the phone done. I think it's pretty damn good phone.

same here...I like the OS, but one too many things not working right. I am hoping that further release of the leaked OS will fix some more issues. I like where they are haded though.

I'm actually thinking about doing the same thing. How much did you pay for it? I tried it online and called the store and I have to pay full price. That's about the only reason I have not switched over to them yet.

so far so good. some apps aren't working, but don't think I use them that much that it matters. I'll take performance over some apps not working.

not sure you know or not, but the phone actually comes with a screen protector on it. Thought I had scratched up my phone, but when I try to put a screen protector on it, the other one came off as I was trying to adjust the new protector on the screen. Double check from the corner, I bet that's what you have. I think BB did that from the factory to prevent the case of the iPhone issue.

Oh by all means that .85 and .86 are much much needed to version that you get from the store. For me I just noticed a lot of little problems that I saw with the .86 then .85. For that reason alone I ended up wiping the storm and putting .85 back on. I would say if you got the time use the .85 for a week, and then do .86 and see if you notice any goods or ...

how do you like the .86 patch? I been using it since it came out, and I finally switched it back to .85 yesterday. I think the .85 is more stable, and bug free. Not sure if anyone else is seeing more issue with the .86 or not?

I dig the phone. It takes time to learn, but it is pretty sweet phone. people are too quick to conclusion when they don't understand or don't take the time to figure something out.

I use the iGuidance 3.0 on the phone, and it works awsome. I'm getting ready to by the 4.0. I'm also using microsoft live search direction with a bluetooh gps for updated maps and such. 8)

It really is the phone you have. I have no drop calls and sounds great. The phone is good so far. I have had it for little bit over a month.
You may just want to have them change the phone for another one.
