If you are a vzw employee......check your m&p titled "Equipment Replacement Programs and Processes"
It says that as of today, customers are elig. for both Standard upgrade and NE2 two months before their actual eligibility date. They are going to adjust the dates in the system at a later time. So if you see someone in month 20 or 21 of their 2 year contract, process the upgrade as a manager's exception.

most employee discounts will give you a percentage of the monthly access on any line that is $34.99 or more and %25 on accessories. In addition, some have other discounts or credit offers that are specific to that company (usually larger accounts like Home Depot or Microsoft, etc.). Call in and we can check.

But the Worry Free Guarantee was extended to 30 days as well. So 15 days is no longer important. If you just cancel and return the phone within 30 days, you get etf waived, credit back on equip, deposit back. If you port out within 30 days, then you get usage credited back (sin data). This is across the board for the 30 day WFG, but the Test Drive promotion only applies to new lines ...

it's embarrassing. My e815 broke because my Resource Management people took away my day off 30 minutes before my shift and I was an hour away. So naturally, I threw my phone. Then I went back to an Audiovox 8900 to use for the time being. Through a loophole with my mobile number having incorrect upgrade dates, I'm eligible again for upgrade, so yippy ky yi yay.
