Aside from all that, does anyone else find themselves incredibly annoyed attempting to read his rants that are riddled with grammatical errors?
You'd think a funeral director would have a stronger grasp of the english language. Then again simple assumptions are proven wrong daily.

On one note, good original post. That's happened to me quite a few times, where people hand me a phone saying they have problems with it, they don't know why, etc.
And then you ask if it was dropped in water and they say it was dropped in the toilet.
Seriously, how disrespectful do some people have to be to do something like that?

I can safely say that I am not surprised at the responses you guys have submitted.
And yes, although we may sell a lot of Razr's, we also sell a lot of OTHER phones.
If we went out on a limb and said 20% of customers had Razr's, then law of averages should state that 20% of customers who complain would have Razr's.
Since it's significantly higher, I think it helps prove how crappy the phone/manufacturer is.
What percentage of your customers that complain have Razr's?
Or other Motorola's.
But it seems that all the people who would come in and complain about their Cingular service, their phone, blah blah, had a v220 or v180 and have upgraded to the razr.
People.
Honestly, I can safely say that at least 80% of the people who come into my location complaining about service or phone issues have razr's or other motorola's.
The number may even be as high as 90%.

Blackberry Pearl Issue
I got a Pearl last week.
I gave it to a customer to play with, he had it for about five minutes. He ended up buying his own.
After he left, I went to look at my messages, and the only messages that appeared were my e-mails.
I doubt this guy had the knowledge to go into my SMS inbox, highlight all of my messages, and delete them.
So honestly, I feel it's a software issue with the phone.
Has anyone had this happen ...
POS.com Issues
We're having issues on one of our computers here, only with POS.
When we view an account, everything shows up correctly. But if we go to view a different account, the name from the new customer shows up under Wireless Name, but all of the billing/contract information shows the previous customer.
This goes the same for changing features, plans, etc.
I've tried resetting/deleting the cookies, resetting the IE settings, all to no avail.
If anyone has had any similar problems please let me ...

Your guess is incorrect. I work for an authorized agent.
Our pay structure pretty much only pays on features, so I go above and beyond what it takes to sell features to anyone and everyone.
I offer to review everyone's bill, and when there are text charges, I get them to put a package on.
Even if you're buying an accessory, I'm demoing google text, media net, etc.
I get paid $1.75 per feature dollar. Mmmm.

There is a way to do it if you have a Symbian phone. There is an application called "Blacklist" that forwards all calls from numbers on said list straight to voicemail without ringing.
That's the closest you can get. I used to have it on my 6682.
