if you have a memory card you have to put it in the computer or use usb mass storage in tools. then go to my_music folder and pull the song you want to the computer desktop. Then open up my sounds folder on the memory card and drop the song from desktop to that folder.

first you have to pick a file in the my sounds folder that's under 400kb. then send it to yourself and save as ringtone. some files will loose quality by doing it this way just to let you know.

The ringtones that you email has to be under 300kb. you can keep the .mp3 or you can bluetooth them in to the my_rigers folder as .qcp this only works for veizon.

It only comes up if you select your phone, or 8500 . if you have it set for other cdma it will not show.

if your doing groups, make sure there are no ringtones set contacts individually.

You need to open both folders on your desktop and drag the file. ps. do not right click to send. if you still need help send me a email and will send you a tutorial.
CLASS 1 OR CLASS 2 BLUE TOOTH???
Well i was told by samsung that the blade will only work with a class 1 blue tooth. yet both class 1 and class 2 have static when you go more then 4 feet away. the samsung head set is a class 1b. with the samsung head set there is no static. In febuary sprint is having another upgrade to deal with this problem.
also the blade is to be discontinued soon...

class 2 has a lower refresh ratio, and it's different software that make up the blue tooth

yes it can, on the treo high light the contact list and then send it to blue tooth. you can only sync your contacts

don't go moto!!! motorola is a class 2 headset, you need a class 1, jarba, samsung, nokia. others will not work with the phone.

JABRA IS A CLASS 1, PLANTRONICS,BELKIN, AND SCALA ARE CLASS 2. I HAVE A JABRA AND A MOTOROLA, AND THE JABRA WORKS FINE. MAYBE IT'S THE LOW END JABRA I DON'T KNOW BUT IF THE JABRA IS HORRIBLE MAYBE IT'S THE PHONE. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS CALL SAMSUNG AND ASK THEM WHAT'S GOING ON. 1800-726-7864

you can only sync your contacts.
you must high light the contacts you want to send. then go to send by blue tooth, your blue tooth must be on,on both devices, it will find your phone, object push. thats how.

yes the motorola hedsets are incapatible. they are class 2 you need a class 1 headset.

if your computer has blue tooth you can blue tooth your contacts 1 by 1 from the phone to the computer and vice versa.
if you have a pocket pc you can high light all your contacts and send them to the phone. from the computer you must do it one by one.

You Can Sync With Pocket PC
If you high light your entire contact list you can send it to the phone by blue tooth. but make sure you for your business contacts you give them a first name or a last name (not as company). if you don't they will come up as no name.

Well it can if you download it to your computer from the sprint music store. then you have to convert it to mp3. place it in the media folder. you may need a program like tune bite or sony mp3 converter. you can put other mp3s in the media folder also.
