As far as battery life, it's too soon to really tell. I killed 75% of it the first day, but I was playing around with it for hours at a time....inputting my contacts, playing with different settings, messing around with the games, ringtones, etc... The earpiece volume is great and call quality seems to be quite a bit better than my previous t720. Sorry I can't compare it to the z500 as I've never had one. ...

I haven't tried that out yet. To tell you the truth, I've never even used the text message features on any of my phones. I have used the voice dialing and voice commands on the 207 and that seems to work pretty well. There is some way to get the phone to learn your voice, saying words in the mic that appear on the screen, and that is supposed to help the voice recognition alot. ...

Ordered my p207 online on Tuesday and received it Thursday without any problems. Called cingular and got my new sim card activated and everything is good to go. First impressions of the phone are pretty good so far. It feels very sturdy. The flip feels extremely sturdy. The camera seems to take decent pics for 640x480. I wasn't expecting much with a phone camera though, and I didn't buy it for the camera. ...
