Nearly as Powerful????????????????
In what way is a SnapDragon617 nearly as powerful as a Snapdragon 820? Don't do Drugs! Does PhoneScoop do random testing? Might be time. The 617 gets horrible reviews in most instances. It's slow, laggy and is nowhere close to the performance of an 820, or 810, or 808, and probably not close to an 805 0r 801.
Oh, and after having the ZTE Axon 7, I hope the Mini actually has a mic that ...

So it sounds...like there are differences between individual phones....hopefully those are early builds with the inconsistencies and the release version is better.

To have the UI in it's own 1gb of ram, and still have 1gb free is awesumo.....It should be VERY fast at scrolling, hitting the home button and getting near instant reactions. Can't wait to get this thing! :D

No....the original Alias battery is different. I just bought the extended battery for the Alias 2 and it's 1600ma....and this phone will need every ma it can get! You'll need a new back to the phone as well. Got the back cover from Amazon...Got the battery from MSGdigital.com Part #

Yep, I've been transfering MP3's for ringers by usb cable with the .mp3 extention...no converting and they work fine. 8)
