I am trying to get a replacement phone until I am eligible for an upgrade. I am looking at 3 phones...sony z310a, z300a and the samsung A437...which one of these has the best call quality? thanks in advance for the help!!

I am trying to purchase a replacement phone to use until I am eligible for upgrade in September. I am really just concerned that it has good reception and able to text. Which do you consider a better phone the C120 or the C150? :?

actualy I registered on the 15th but thank you for pointing out I am new. I am a customer and was only trying to get some help since I have been trying to order a phone since 4/15 and getting the run around, the phone not being ordered and no call backs, being sent to the store etc. I really appreciate you not being willing to help someone and instead try and suggest there is something wrong with them ...

I have been trying to order it since Friday also, in fact the rep on friday said they placed my order but since then I have found out the sku is not in their computer. I have been told everyday that it will be loaded that day. I am in Oklahoma. They now promise me that it will be loaded by Friday and my order will be placed but so far they have just been taking paper orders to ...

when will it be in the system

I have been calling since Friday trying to order the Samsung P207 and after a lot of run around I am being told the SKU has not been loaded into your system yet. Is this normal? When will it be put in so we can order it? The website will not allow the orders to process either. help!!!

Well, the SKU has not been loaded yet, but they will take a paper order for you if you want and email you when it is placed. They are hoping it will be loaded sometime today. You can also get free priority shipping thru Fed ex because the web site is offering it at this time.

I am going thru the same thing trying to order it. Customer service is supposed to call me back this morning so we can see if the sku has been loaded yet.
