I have one and it works great, I went from 0 bars to full reception.
Not sure if it would work for you, because it has to be plugged into your DSL line (wont work via Wi-Fi) AND it has to be near a window to catch GPS signal which is required for it to work.

Verizon was nice enough to credit it for you once, (keep in mind its not verizon charging it to you, its the THIRD party), so Verizon ate the $3.
The THIRD party keeps billing you, because YOU signed up for it.
And your mad at Verizon?

It has always been this way, the only thing they did away with was the $15 plan.
If you want the unlimited on a single line, you have to get the "Talk and Text" plan (Select plan) which is $20 more, its a rate plan, not a feature.

Well, policy is that you cant return it after you cut it out, go into a local store, they might charge you the $50 difference, but you would be able to get a different phone.
