It's a way to make money. Plain and simple. If you want the Hero, Instinct, or a Blackberry you HAVE to switch to an everything family plan, which increases your MRC which increases profit which Sprint desperately needs. If you want the phone, you have to get the plan. Having worked there before, there is really no way around this ...

Wow bud. I work at a store too. I think I know what we can and can't do. When it comes to trying things out and figuring stuff out, we can definitely do that in store. Hell, I'll sit on the phone with tier 2 tech for an hour to figure out the customers problem, and if need be we'll do an exchange in store if they have tep.

To confirm, you don't need to add on the blackberry pack for Advantage club lines. I have a few co-workers that have friends that have blackberries, and it includes it.

I'm in a C store and my quota is crazy low per month, but it's hard to even hit it with the traffic that comes through. When I lose an act or something, it shows. We're some of the lowest base-pay reps in the industry.. I'm kinda tired of it already.
