why is it that my verizon phone doesn't work with my moto tools i cant transfer my songs from my computer or my pictures. with my old uscc phone i can do all of things i want to. what does Verizon do to stop me from having the stuff i want? is there a program out there i can use to disable this feature?

they probbly wont fire you i think. about 6-8 months ago they sent out a memo saying not to do it anymore or else

actully i just had a LG rep stop in my stop and show me a bluetooth pen thing it basically is as big as a pen and it has a clip like a pen so that way you can clip on lets say your shirt pocket but anyways it also has a spot were you can plug in a headset also

i also hate when people from verizon come into my store and try and tell me what to do. i just smile and tell them ha! have you tried selling data to 50 year old Lady's (thats my customer base) that don't want their kids having anything to make the bill higher. i don't like taking orders from people that come in my store once a month :)

what is the point of even haveing a agent if all uscc is going to do is restrict them from doing anything! its like yeah you can sell our service but if you have a question on a customers account your screwed because they need to talk to the customer and it just makes me look like i cant do my job. What would be the reason for a customer to even come into a store i know that ...

you might want to go back to the store and if they can get it to turn on have them press really hard on the phone with it open were you would plug in the charger if you press on that part it should read the numbers from your phone hope that helps

what i ment was when a customr signs up on the 49.99 they dont get a discount on the phone. like before when you signed up you would get an extra 30.00 of the phone price

did uscc just kill the reason to even have a agent? what is the incentive for a customer to sign up with a $49.95 plan or higher besides minutes? if someone can answer these questions for me with a legitimate answer please o cause i cant!!! thanks

all i know is that it has been approved and will be launching here in the future i would say probably next week since we usally get our shipments on fridays and i dont see it coming in so i would say middle of next week :D

i have a customer thats wondering if its possible to use the mp3's and voice recordings as ringtones in his phone? i remember going through that nokia training and the lady that was talking to us she gave us a website that would change the format of the song to something diff. does anyone know how to do this or even know that website. thanks everyone :)

i only end sale with a handshake. but i have tried to start my sales pitch with a handshake and the look the cusotmers give me sometimes is not to comforting but i still try to do even though i dont like it

i ussulay have to call customer relations not customer service for a buy-out as my manager once told me customer service cant do crap for you call relations :)

i really think that the 7130 will be a good phone to sell if it isnt as expensive as the 7250 that we carry so far. i also think we should try and get the motorola Q for a smartphone

it just one of the best t.v shows made its about a guy (jack Bauer) who basically saves the u.s. he stops a nuke from blowing up in l.a he stops a assination attemp all of the shows are in real time each show is 1 hour long and it spans on complete day hence the name 24 :) if i sounds kinda interesting just rent season one and at least watch the first 4-8 hours and ...
