Hello all, One thing I am asked a lot (as I support these phones at work) is why the caller ID does not show when a call comes in and it has the default ring tone, in this case AT&T and T-Mobile... This is really easy to fix: 1. Go to Options. 2. Go to Security Options 3. General Settings 4. Towards the bottom you will want to make sure you have "NO" next to Include Address Book AS if this is set you yes it ...

yes, as mentioned, if you have set up a ringtone for someone in you address book, and this person is also on your "my faves" you will need to mute the ringtone within the address book and set up a ringtone with in My Faves.. Hope this helps

Hi All, I am using the $5.99 (t-zones) plan for Internet use, I am able to access the internet just fine, but outher progs will not work.. Meaning I need to connect to internet before I can check email, so email push does not work and MSN, live Maps and google maps will not work as can't find internet connection My Question is is there a plan outher than spending $29.99 (More than DSL) or a setting that can enable connection to ...

G'day I know this is kind of an old thred, but i could not help but to try this, and noticed that my Wi-Fi stoped working...is there a way to keep the wifi? Thanks for the great posts
