First off, caps lock
Second, t-mobile could def. use some towers over here in the southwest. I think their coverage over here is smaller than most of the other carriers. Although, when they roll out uma that should help a lot!

haha i was doing that w/ a co-worker yesterday, he'd call me on the phone then call from his cell phone so it'd roll over to our other line then hang out both and call back right away! Well i started to do it back to him but i guess marc was calling him in the middle of it and he ended up hanging up on marc a few times hahahaha

LOL i don't hang up on people, i just put the receiver down and let them vent and pick it up a min or two later to see if they're done talking yet. I will yell at people that are in front of me tho being rude or just plain stupid. And seeing as how it's my last two days here.. if anyone even tries to be smart w/ me i will tell them off!

i'm not saying it's not available in retail stores or anything like that.. i'm saying it's not available for us (indirect agent) to order from our supplier. We have sold out of all our sidekicks ( new and used, according to our gm) and that we won't be able to order them anymore.

he doesn't like the mda b/c you have to hit shift to do #'s even tho on the treo it's the exact same way... I had the treo 650 and it's the biggest waste of money! i'd never take that phone, even if they gave it to me for free! it's always freezing and needing a hard reset! and drops calls constantly among other things.
it's delayed
They delayed it for whatever reason until further notice. it was originally supposed to launch March 1st.

I didn't say i think i know what's going on with this phone, i was simply stating information that was provided for me via fax from my company regarding that phone. Maybe they get the phones from a different place than you i don't know... all i know is that's what the fax said. That it was no longer to order and that tmobile was telling them their should be a replacement sometime in june.

You could try what i do, and try really hard in the very beginning when they start asking about multiple lines to get them to run their credit.. tell them the family plan the can get depends on their credit class so we need to run them first so that we can tell them about the right plans.

The truth about the 2yr contracts!!!!
Tmobile WAS going to launch them starting March 1st. If you will notice while doing an activation in watson effective yesterday february 26th you MUST MANUALLY SELECT a one yr contract. Its in there now b/c they WERE going to launch it march 1st but have decided to push it back for whatever reason. The field is under "select contract term."
My guess is that they'll delay it till more towards the end of the month. Stay tuned!!

I don't see what the big deal is???? So they will be using two yr contracts to get lower prices OMG hell is freezing over!!! If you HAVE to have a one year contract just pay the higher prices! $50 is nothing anywayz. Besides, locking more people in a two year contract than one year will allow them to get more revenue which in turn will allow them to expand their coverage and roll out some pretty sweet services ...

Yes customer care can change it for you over the phone. Just tell them you want the $9.99 unlmited text plan for families. It's an add on so it won't extend your contract.

close, i work for an indirect dealer! but they like to block our internet for some stupid reason. so i have no way of looking at anything that's not on their list of approved sites for us to visit.
