Hearing About MPX 220 software update?
I currently have a MPX 220 and I love this phone because I can customize so much crap on it its ridiculious like customized MP3 ring tones I even sell them to fellow employees at Cingular via BlueTooth or Infra, plus I can watch full legnth movies on it, Right now I have Road Trip and Fight Club on it and I could put 3 more on it if I wanted to along with all my MP3s on it. ...

Hey I hope you have figured it out by now but you tap the side that is the "power off/on" and it will go to the Profiles and you'll see flight mode there. I love that phone I have it and I love the mP3s and watching movies on it at work.

I also work in the mall and its great because I encounter this quite a bit. One of the best things that I did was when they staqrt yelling, when this happens I act like I can't hear them and then they put their mouth in the little crack and start screaming whatever they want. I still act like I can't hear them and they yell louder,then after awhile I am like Oh... yah... were closed.

I say well, see online they only have a couple people running the place for long hours and they are somewhat likely to f-up your whole account either by you putting yourself on the wrong plan or picking a phone you thought was the one you want and then having to wait for it to come and then you have to call them up on the phone to fix the bill or the phone its just a hassel, and ...

My favorite thing is when a person comes into your store and asks for a charger that fits a totally other wireless carrier.
For example
Person: Hey do you have a charger for this phone?
Sales: Umm no we don't
Person: Why not?
Sales: Because this is a Cingular store and thats a Sprint phone
Person: Well shouldn't you have them?
Sales: No! Because we don't sell that phone
Then they look at you like your stupid or something

Yah I work in the mall and I help out people that ask me in a poliet manner but damn the people that come in here frantic like its the end of the freaking world I tell them I dunno I work just here not anywhere else. But the best time is when a nice fine girl comes in and asks, thats a definant plus why I work in the mall. :wink:

I think one of the best things that happens when a customer walks in is when they say, "Umm I/Son/Daughter/Ect lost my phone is there anything that you can do?" Well did you have insurance. OK I saw this phone either on this site or maybe in this monthly magazine I think called RCR or something like that and well the phone was by a new carrier that was supposed to hit the market sometime late 2005 or early 2006.
