Speaking of volume differences . . . has anyone else noticed that if you listen to the FM radio through the speakerphone, certain stations will sound REALLY LOUD, I mean like 30%-50% louder! If the normal ringtones & speaker were that loud I'd be thrilled!! I don't get why the phone can get that loud but won't normally? Anyone have an idea/guess why?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I tried to download Mobitv for my W810i and (after speaking with several reps) found out from Mobitv rep that Mobitv WILL NOT work with an unlocked W810i EVEN after its released by Cingular made compatible with Mobitv 8O ! Apparently the problem is that Cingular has some sort of exclusivity agreement with Mobitv so that it won't work with unlocked phones because they want you to buy it ...

I'm still waiting on my phone to arrive but I'd already asked this exact question of my local Cingular rep. The answer is both yes and no. Yes you can insure a phone that hasn't been released yet as long as it's on their insurance list. That's a pretty funny stunt dude! BTW, you CAN move the mouse diagonally but it's a little tricky to do BUT for some reason the mouse seems to move much quicker when you do so. Then again maybe it's my vivid imagination.

That happened to me once after I ran a registry cleaning program so I uninstalled the bt app and then reinstalled it and I was back in business. Also be sure that your phone is set to "show phone" under visibility in the options section of Bluetooth on your phone. Hope it works out for you cuz it really is amazingly easy to transfer files when it does :D!

I have a Kensington bt usb and it works great! What was wrong with yours? What I like most about mine is how simple it is to send stuff to my phone. All I have to do is right-click on a file and under the "Send To" is a BT option under which is my phone and voila! -- I'm in business :D

I'd say DEFINITELY call your ISP first and get all your account settings info from them. Then you can call Cingular with that info and have them help you set it up. You may need to use their server settings for your outgoing server/port but like I said it works just fine on my phone and the e-mails I send from it have my Roadrunner address on them. FYI, I have Roadrunner as my ISP and I have my phone configured to both SEND and receive e-mails and just to be sure I sent myself a test e-mail from my phone just before I typed this post and it worked perfectly. How to attach hand cord . . .
Hey dude it pretty simple to attach the hand cord. First, take off the phone's back cover. Next, thread the small looping thread thru the little space provided at he bottom of the phone. Finally, loop the wrist cord thru the looping thread and . . . voila! You are now attached. The key step is to REMOVE the back cover first or its bloody impossible to feed the looping thread thru.
