seriously, when i need the imei to activate their gsm phone from their tdma phone i tell the them "the imei is on the back of the phone underneth the battery." and they still look on the battery.

I try not to cold xfer them as much as I can, especially if it's trying to get the Orange side. The annoying thing I find is that the Orange stats policy is rather annoying and the fact the they keep changing numbers every week makes it that much more difficult.

Yeah, Care does a lot and they have to put up with more sh*t. But believe me when I say we don't reset voicemail. (Not even sure which program does that) and technically we're not supposed to cancel specific lines but I still do on occassion

I'm in NBO. That's not are thing, all we are supposed to do is order phones and set up new lines. And it's BEUC that I would xfer em to. *shudders* BEUC *shudders*

Seriously, the only time I ever cold transfer someone is when they call me and say they need to reset their voicemail. And like today I had this Tiger team rep call me, told me the problem with a blue tdma to orange gsm migration. Seeing as how I'm a blue gsm NBO rep, how was I going to help this guy considering the fact that I have no orange logins and minimal tdma access?
HCB-300 Question
Has anybody used this car kit from SonyEricsson? I'm thinking about getting it but not too sure if it's worth the $200.

I'm thinking about getting this HCB-300 car kit. The only thing is I want to know it's going to work as well as expected seeing as how it's $200 on the Sony Ericsson website. If anyone can get to me with some feedback on this it would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately your gonna need the headset that is provided with it. It's not a bad lncluded headset, but I really don't care for the earbud style. Listen to mp3's on it is comparable to cd players, but too sure about mp3 players like the ipod. And yes the max for the expansion card is 128mb, the 1 gb cards are probably not the standard Duo's but the pro's I believe

awesome, the only thing is the q keeps asking for a wireless number to access an account. Most of the requests I get are for brand new accounts

Pics on the s700i
Ok, I've figured out how to use normal mp3's as ringtones, but how do I use jpeg files from my comp and use them for the background. I've tried editing the pics to the right size and my phone knows they're there. The thing is they don't show up anywhere on the phone, even if I put them in the same folder as the other pics. Any advise would be much appreciated.
