I got that error once but all I did was make the picture 176 X 220 pixels and it worked for me.

The insurance company would replace your phone with something comparable in features. Right now the 6230i isnt out but im assuming that if in the future u do lose/break your phone that they could possible if they dont have any 6230s available send you out a 6230i.

How can I get the Caller id to work properly?
Hi, I have a motorola v551 but my friend has a samsung e316 and we tried to get her photo caller id working but it isnt working. Also instead of showing the name it just shows the wireless number when ppl call her. Can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to get the caller id working properly wit a picture?

You just dont understand, nowhere on there does it say that the phone is unlocked infact if u click on "how to get service" it says and I quote.....How to get service

Nah the only reason mine has less then my friend's is because mine is a special edition phone and his is the regular. None the less how much space does urs have exactly?

Yes it can make a noise when you take a picture but you can turn that off. In terms of effects I dont know what you mean by that cuz my friend has the v220 and I didnt see any real special effects unless ur talking about zoom and brightness cuz it has all of that as well.
