Where can I buy one and get a warranty/exchange in case something goes wrong? I wanted to buy it at Best Buy since Cingular/AT&T doesn't have one. I had seen it on their website and even went it to look at it. They only had it on the website though. Now, a week later, it is gone and the store rep said he was told it will no longer be available on their site. ...

I still get a lot of background noise, especially when I am in my car - a minivan. Any thoughts on how to reduce the background noise? It is pretty awful. Thanks for any help you can give.

I have them filed as by first name. They aren't showing that way though. I do love how easily they sync up though. So much easier than the Sony Ericcson!!!! I want the first name to show first though. I don't remember last names for the most part and want to be able to flip through them. I would also prefer to go to the letter and then scroll through the letters like ...

Hi, I have my listings in my PDA and Outlook on my PC by first names. Much easier for me to remember. Is there a way to do that with the MPx220? I looked in options and there is no such function. The reps didn't know much about the telephone and couldn't find anything for that feature. Any other telephone I have had, I could do this with no problem. All were Sony Ericcsons ...
