Depends on which number you had the insurance. If it was on the phone number with the Samsung then yes it covers liquid damage. If it was on the line with the v220 then no bcuz it goes by the phone number that the insurance is on. So you would have to say that you dropped the 220 in the toilet. (I dont encourage lying. :wink: ) As far as which one they will send you i believe ...

Im not saying it is still this way, I have been out of Cingular for over a month now. But if they decide to give you an early upgrade you will pay the one year upgrade price for a 2yr agreement. Do what Celling said, try a headset if that works, wait till you are eligible.

I believe if he is on the account as an authorized user then yes, they can send his papers in (by fax) and have it suspended for military suspend. Don't quote me though.

I took a couple days off last week and have been trying to avoid this forum because people tend to run their mouths and I just get frustrated and eventually Rich will ban me lol. Ok cust can't make/receive calls. When dialing you hear dead air, when calling her cell you get the voicemail. Had pow cyc Verified imei/sim Had step outside for better signal Is in Cingular area. How do I check balance on her account or what else could be wrong?!?

Ive heard of the voicemail problem, but I would call into customer service. We can trouble shoot your phone for you and look into other possibilities.

Have you called in to have us troubleshoot your phone at all? Are others in your area having the same problems?
