:wink: no worries I was just playing, plus noone ever mistaked me as a follower! lol I have the droid pro now and like it well enough, just enjoy the excitement of trying new stuff...and with a nice otterbox case hopefully it should be pretty solid 8)

sorry don't know anything about the iphone, what navigation does it use? Can you download google maps or is that a big no no...also what about gmail I know you can access it, but is it as seamless as Android? Thanks

got it thanks! ..kinda weird it would do that. For me the best thing about the phone is the size makes the keypad very easy to type on, and the web experience pretty darn usable! I'm playing this game called ThrottleCopter a simple little game that I just can't quit playing. The only thing I think I would really like in the future is a better screen, when I look at the wifes incredible, I get envious.

one thing I don't get is when I get a picture msg and single tap on it on the photo it plays like a 5 second video, but it's a picture.

I'm sorry if my post came off wrong. It was not meant to insult those that enjoy the beauty of todays modern day smart phone. Hell I probably get one if they make a waterproof one for me, I spend most my days filing sand bags in the rain, kayaking, hiking, etc. Peace. 8)

Thanks. It's cool I understand what blue was trying so eloquently to say. I'm glad you got it heaven for bid we bring back those pictures and sit down and share the experiences with our loved ones, or read a book while we're on the bus, or I don't know make a phone call if you have a question for your friend. I'm just glad I'm old enough to understand that simplifying your life can bring you much joy.

Glad I'm just a lame dumb phone user. I don't walk around with my phone listening to music, watching TV, downloading a bunch a crap that in no way increases the quality of life. How lame right? I go outside and interact with people face to face!

You don't know what 10 20 dollars means to people. Maybe that 10 dollars they use five for gas, two for corn dogs at the ampm and three the next day for lunch off the dollar menu. You don't know what brought people to verizon in the first place, and how the new rules affect them today. Are they working, or do they only make 9 hr, how many kids do they have, or their struggles. Since this is the hottest phone that everybody is talking about... :o I dunno what the mixed messages are about in the Brigade forum but I got this phone without a data plan or ptt. Just throwing it out there for those who might be interested. People can legitimately call this phone a brick! :)

I still don't care about all these smart phones...but verizon is going to get more money out of me by providing what looks to be an amazing Type-V like design of the Brigade!! That's what I like about verizon they really try to make everyone happy even if it gets more money out of us. I don't see any other carrier rocking out phones like the Brigade!
