In my training for the Pearl we were told the bluetooth has been locked for transfers of multimedia files. But it comes with a data cable and desktop software to do the transfer.

This is my last response to your bad reading habits. Stop telling people not to buy phones that you have never had.
You keep going on about how you want them to have a working phone. The RAZR is a great working phone, its simple probability that you are gonna get calls about it cause so many of them are sold, so deal with it.
And please control your affinity for mechanics.

We're getting a little off track. This all goes back to, you saying "They all work like poop" Is that because you get a bunch of calls about them or you have owned one? Thats what I am trying to say.
I think the RAZRS are great, I am not naive and I see the same percentage of customers complaining about them but thats just because we sell so many of them that is simple probability.

Comparing a car to a cell phone is beyond exaggeration. And you kinda contradicted yourself with the "actually handling one" part of your reply. Have you ever actually handled a RAZR?
Also if you claim that half of your calls are about the RAZR and that was reduced to 25%, I'd have to think they would start cutting hours.

Virgin Islands Personal Coverage Check
I was trying to do a PCC for the virgin islands and all I got was water. I used a few different zip codes for the area and I only got water for all of them. I tried the international roaming map but the Virgin Islands are not on there.
Anybody have any idea how to get a coverage map of the Virgin Islands????

Well thats cause over half the phones we sell are RAZRs. At least thats how it is at my store.
I'm willing to bet that the number of returned RAZRs out of the number of RAZRs sold is not any worse than any other phone.
Did you think when you got your job that you would never have to deal with unhappy customers?
I personally think the RAZR is a great phone.

It is possible to have MP3 ringtones on the MDA and SDA. I have done it on both phones.

This is also no different than what cingular did to its cdma or tdma customers who were costing them money. Its all perfectly legal. I'm sure the customers who get cancelled for using 10K free minutes are also the ones who arrogantly gloat about being out of contract and have a nokia from 1965.

I was told by an RIM trainer that it is compatible with OSX. What makes it compatible I thought was the new 4.2 version of the desktop software. Try looking for it on RIM's website.
