Like I've told you all before, if the other companies were in Verizon's position (#1 growth every quarter for the last two years), they wouldn't be giving away everything under the sun either. They do it to spur growth, not because they're nice guys. You want a good example? Look at the beating Sprint took 3Q and look at the fact that they are no longer charging for 7pm N&W.

No monopoly on landlines. VOIP will bury wireline. Wireline can't compete with voip price and recently voip (not skype, Yahoo or any of the computer to computer apps) surpassed wireline in voice quality.

Why do you say that they are signing up for data on Sprint but not voice? How can you track that? Couldn't high data ARPU indicate that a large portion of Sprint's voice customers are data users? Which phones on Verzion can you load the memory card with MP3's without having to have the sync cable or additional software? I know it can be done on the LG8100 as I'm doing it now. And I want to know which can do mp3 specifically, not converting them to wma. Basically, which other phones can I put music into using a memory card, card reader and mp3 files?
