I am the same exact way. I was debating between the HTC One and the Galaxy S4. Design on the HTC One is hands down the winner in my opinion. I really hated covering up that beautiful design with a case but I know that I am clumsy.
My suggestion for you is if you have insurance on the phone already then you could possibly do without a case. Or maybe get the invisishield screen protector for the front and ...
