Wait a second--it's bad that you would go into a store, without an appointment, and have to wait for someone to be able to help you? Forgive me, but are you the type of person who goes into a dentist's office without an appointment and gets annoyed because there are people who have scheduled appointments so that they can be seen quickly and promptly because they have things to do, like work? I haven't been in an AT&T store where I have had to wait more than a minute or two for a sales rep to come up and ask if they can help me. Only once did I have to wait more than five minutes, and that was because the store was being mobbed that day by college students flush with financial aid money and needing the latest iPhone.
