Does anyone know any tricks to disabling the annoying start-up tone this phone plays when powering on? I find no setting for this.

Has anyone else that used the Nokia 3589i
experienced bad sound quality from the ear piece? I have this whether talking to a land line caller or another cell caller. I love the durability of this phone and has great signal strength. I currently am using the Nokia 3589i, but I am not happy with it. The sound quality of the other person talking to me is horrible. It always sounds muffled.
