I have the lg 6000, it takes less than a minute (approx 20-30 seconds) to send a pic. with the higher megapixel i assume it'd take a bit longer, but not more than 2 minutes. and I'd assume if you sent a pic from the 710 to a lower res camera, it'd still view it properly. the samsung 610 has a higher resolution than the lg6000 and i don't know of any probs.
