No vehicles in Gears, but you can saw someone in half with a chainsaw. And you can make people explode with a shotgun. Jets are cool, but gore (lots and lots of it (IMO)) is better.

It can work both ways. I do plan games to escape, but I also want a bit of realism so that I can feel like I am more bad***. I think I play more to escape the drama of reality while being in an alternate reality.

I play off and on, there are too many games to play right now to let me geek out and really play. I used to do the LANs to, but than I started working full time along with the rest of my friends, now none of us have time anymore :cry:

Sorry? Lol. The game is good. Ill play COD, NFS, Borderlands (which Im hooked to currently), and my baby Gears of War. Im open to play anything, but in terms of FPS, I prefer BF.

Ill give it to you, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just dont like the fact that you can jump off a 30 story building and live. I need a little more realism. Like Battle Field. I guess Halo is to cartoonish for me.
