The ad at the top of this page sometimes is for Cellular Concepts, it asked, do u want an unlocked phone? do you want a huge selection? do u want an excellent customer service? do you want AN excellent customer service what?? haha, i'm that bored i'm correcting grammer on online ads...thats sad :cry:

it's busy today....more so then as of late......maybe you guys are right about the vacation, i am kind of bitter, but i blame it on fighting with ignorant customers who i can't tell to **** off...good thing i go on vacation on thursday

yah they would keep the name, if the merger goes through they will probably keep the name for awhile and eventually phase it out and take the cingular name

they bought the name, thats why it's AT&T Wireless...and AT&T Long Distance, etc. they are all different and all own their own name

you can get a national gsm plan for 39.99 that is 450 min, but the evenings start at 9.....as for a retention offer, you have to be with the company for awhile before your worthy of a retention offer, if your new, and you threaten to cancel we'll tell you to have a nice day

yah you can save it....if your quick about it, but i asked her what kind of condition the phone was in, it was still assembled and she could see water floating in the screen, so i assume by this womans umm.... common sense definency :P that she probably left it in the toilet for a minute and then left it to dry assembled

i just had this lady call in... "hi, i dropped my phone in the toilet" thats unfourtunate (trying not to laugh) :lol: "and i've only had it for a few days, so i know that i have 30 days to return it, so what do i need to do?" are you kidding me?? this job is going to make me lose my mind.

yah our center too, i have nothing against american reps, just american customers....ignorant pieces of.... anyway, yah, i really don't like callin' WEX to talk to a east indian, or to migrations sometimes, i had to escalate on an east indian migrations rep internally and the super was just a stupid......sure they can speak the language, the problem is they just don't understand

nah the worst is spending half an hour re-programming a phone trying to figure out why the customer can't recieve incoming calls and then finally asking, what button are you pushing to answer....then getting the reply, i'm pushing the Press When Ringing button...PWR :o 8O :x Or i got monitored on a call the other day with a guy calling in complaining because he didn't get a envelope with his bill to send in a payment, ...

as with any electronic, all the new really cool stuff will come out at christmas time, and the great thing about christmas is boxing day, so i would suggest if your gonna buy anything wait for the christmas line up and buy on boxing day.... but as far as features, it does seem like the video is getting popular, but i've heard that if you use it you need to charge the phone twice a day.... are you ...

i get a call, routine suspention for lost or stolen, i go ahead and suspend, tell the cust that he has 30 days before the line cancels itself, anyway, i hop back on here and type a reply, then i get another call...."thanks for holding this is !%!@$!#$ how can i help you today?" and the reply, i think i just talked to you, i was like, ya right which is usually the case, what with (especially today) numerous ...

thats to bad, at least since i'm outsourced by convergys when cingular drops atts care like hot potatoe (to concentrate on their own care issues) ((btw this is an opinion)) your sol, i can just be placed on another project

not true, i give early eves on contracts up in DEC 04, and i've never got feedback, as long as you get the PCR it's pretty leanent on what you can and can't do, also your not supposed to give PCRS to people active in collections, i do and have never heard anything back
