I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I will not contact a third party when I need to talk. I am paying my bill and expect to call whoever I want, when I want. I only posted on the Sprint forum this week for the first time. I never stated I was a customer for 10 years. The issue has been going on since Sept 23rd, that is more than enough time ...

*Have had service for almost a year with no problem
*I am disabled living in Florida with all my relatives in Virginia
*I have two close relatives who have line land phones with call block
on their phones for years
*Problem started September 20, 2012 with the message “This caller does
not accept callers who block their number, Please unblock your number
and try again”
*Called Customer service September 23, 2012 that assured me the problem
would be resolved within 72 hours ...
