NEW ISSUE?? Call WAITING?
It seems as though that when i am on the phone and I get another call coming in it goes right into voice mal and doesn't appear on my phone as call waiting. Anyone else have that prob?

Ok here is my suggestion, go buy another 9900 and put that away and don't open the box, now use your current 9900 and enjoy it and when something bad happens to the lens then throw that one out then open the new box and start using that one. Now, your probably saying to yourself "what is going to protect the lens on this new phone"
Solution...... warp your entire body in plastic warp this way you can enjoy ...

Well, just look on the bright side of things...... at lease you didn't buy the 710 and have all those poroblems people are having with it. Your computer may be outdated and slow. So your memory card droped down in price. But we are dealing with a BRAND new phone and look at all the problems the 710 is causing.
And don't cha just love the ones who just get married and either kill one another or file ...

I just called 611 and they confirmed that the 9900 is not in fact discontinued they said it was too soon as it hasn't even been out for 2 weeks yet

I agree but just look at history, the phones keep getting better within 2 years I am sure the cell phones will have some kind of removable storage card that will benefit the user. Just give it time in 2 years we will look back and say wow, this new phone is fantastic why wasn't the 9900 capable of this LOL

I was able to save a few FULL midi's I haven't tried to save more but that is a good question, Possibly your memory is full from pics and video? I am not sure if there is independent memory dividing video and audio

Well, I found out that there is a software fix from Audiovox in the works to correct this problem. Apparently, there are more GIN applications that aren't able to be deleted and the phone's software isn't recognizing certain GIN applications and putting them into the manage apps folder. Well, this is not that big of a deal once AV comes out with the update all should be just fine

Nope you can send them from any email account to yourphonenumber@VZWPIX.com you can also attach more than one midi at a time when you upload them from your email. This wilkl cost you 25 cents each time you send a ring tone (midi,pic) to you your phone so why only send one at a time? get your money's worth before Verizon comes up with an update to limit you one pic/midi per message. those money hungry bas*****

Getting anything free from VERIZON???? HAHA your lucky they don't charge for the air you breath when frequenting their stores! Well, if you do a search on the Internet, you can get free midi files which can be used in the phone as a ring tone. That is what I do.

Verizon press release.....
Verizon just appologized for it's misprint in the " worry free guarantee" They changed the wording to as follows......
Your problem doesn't become our problem the first time you call"
That is part of our worry guarantee
The reason for this is, they took out the "FREE" cause they felt that they were giving away the 9900 practically free and they realized just how much the lost.

The only way I know is put the phone in vibrate mode then don't answer, immdeiately put the phone in ringer mode then have the same caller call back then you will have the phone vibrate then ring :lol:
