follow this passage to the tee. There is a woman I know that lives there and her husband can't touch her at all or sleep in the same bed. They are both of the Muslim faith. They have a separate room for those times. Not to mention when they go to mosque she's not allowed to walk next to him, she has to walk behind him and she can't go inside.

agreed. If it's a waiter though I would be peeved enough to ask them to withhold those jokes. Just because you don't want anyone at the table to feel uncomfortable, if I felt it could happen.
