To the Sprint employees this layoff has been around for over 2 months !!!! Where have you all been? Get ready for your severance pay if you will even get any .. Maybe we can hear that pin drop again !!!

I dont think so !!! You think the backers of WiMax are going to hang in there with Sprint? I wont be surprised to see a major cable company pull the monies that they were going to support Sprint , maybe Clearwire will dump the project with Sprint time will tell ..

I give Sprint 6 months and they will be history. Kind of crazy I worked for Sprint 23 yrs got laid off. A man once informed me "Sprint is a force to be dealt with they will be the leader" funny 5 years later that man is in Japan never could trust who spoke to you without looking at you.

You can use a unlocked or unbranded phone on Cingular , go to www.motox.info for settings for media net , they have good info for you to use .. Good Luck

Had the same problem , here's what i did . 1) Take trans flash card out of phone when it's off . 2) start the phone back up, when it gets to the main page it will ask to personalise the phone push button for yes.The wallpaper & screen saver will work.3) Turn off phone and insert trans flash card again . 4) Turn on phone and screen saver & wallpaper will work fine hope this helps.

I agree with stephen samsung has been waiting to see what the market would bear , myself the slider concept is perfect for the new generation of Samsung phones. Some people need BT & speaker phone , i am not one of those people who need it , just need a phone that i can count on daily for my job.
