I didn't just handle it. I bought it. It is amazing. No lag at all (other than loading the Droid control widget). Handles app switching and multitasking like a breeze. I attribute much of the issues from the Droid Bionic up to now to Blur being embedded in android. That is not the case now that Google owns Moto. Blur is gone and it is pure fast android.

I must disagree. The bloatware can be disabled - and I only have about 10 apps of bloat on mine. Someone must have downloaded some garbage on the demo model that doesn't actually come on the phone. And for $299, with 32GB of storage and the amazing battery, this is well worth the money. Best Android phone on Verizon currently in my humble opinion.

My blackberry curve won't turn on at all. I have tried 3 different batteries, tried plugging it into the computer as well as the wall charger and nothing. The little red light won't even come on. Thus, I call customer service. The gentleman I got (and I use that term loosely) went through all of the standard troubleshooting questions and then placed me on hold for 20 minutes so he could go "check what options we have" ...

Personally, I HATE version 9. It is taking twice as long to load webpages and it scrolls horribly slow and I even changed that setting to fast for scrolling. Not to mention that the browser is now constantly running out of memory thus either powercycling the phone or turning it off completely. My Voyager went from tolerable to a hunk of junk in 1 so-called upgrade. I love visual voicemail, but it isn't worth all of these ...

Erase all of your ringtones, games, and Get It Now apps when you get the v09 update for visual voicemail? I have read that it does, but others have said that only happens when the stores use the wrong updater. Can I get the firmware upgrade without erasing everything oshould I just wait til v10 so I don't lose everything twice??? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

AND my wife's Voyager just came in today and it had purple and white on the water damage tape. Since I have NEVER had a phone get water damage, I can't say this for sure, but I have to assume that on LG phones, the dotted water damage tape ...

Feb 22, 2008, 11:53 PM

I'm not going to say that a higher discount isn't available, but I have never seen one higher than what my wife and I get. Keep in mind that both CVS/Pharmacare and US Steel are Fortune 100 companies (maybe even Fortune 50). CVS/Pharmacare is the nation's largest mail order/retail pharmacy and US Steel is the nation's largest Steel company and second largest in the world.

I honestly don't remember what the process was. We have been with Verizon for 4 years and signed up for the discount right after we ported our numbers over. I think we needed something from our respective companies, but I'm not sure.

That is off of the plans. We both get 25% off of equipment and accessories, but we never use it on phones because you lose your new every 2 discount if you use your business discount. But if you are buying a phone at full retail, it comes in handy there.

I don't know what you mean. Mine won't open all the way because of those little plastic hooks on the back of the case that go into the hinges. It will open past the first click in the hinge, but won't go all the way open.

I have now gone through 5 cases for my Voyager and settled on the Body Glove rubberized snap on case. I shyed away from this case at first for the phone because it seemed to add so much bulk to the phone, but after going through the silicone case as well as several different pouches (all which left some sort of smudges or residue on the screen), I went with the BodyGlove rubberized case.
