Android on Nokia's hardware sounds like a good plan to me. I only have windows phone because of Nokia. I would buy it.

If you like the ic502 get the kyocera duramax. Pretty much the same thing with a camera and the dc works surprisingly well. Sprint has given lots of notice about the iden shutdown btw.
