obviously you have never sold VZW in a mall or have an understanding of how things really work. VZW has good customer service meaning over the phone not in the stores. I cannot tell you how many phones I've saved for VZW because of the corp. stores unwillingness to help them. there is substance to the long wait times but people expect to wait. they don't expect to get treated like dirt.

There is a lot of truth to that. and another reason is that the VZW phonesat Ciruit City are much more expensive then anywhere else

Radio Shack ownes the Sam's club kiosk and may also/probably will be runing Walmart's wireless store within a store.

I saw the 7400 in Ft. Worth at a conference. It is as Small al the 8200 with the durability of the 7300. Streaming video and Ready Link will be standard. Also it is supposed to have a 1 mega pixel camera with flash. Changeable face plates and it will come with 2 of them. Red and Silver. You will be able to get a package of 3 more faceplate's on Sanyo web site.
