That would be nice but unfortunately we have a lot of people scamming the system but opening an account and never paying the bill and Verizon eats the cost of the phone. Verizon doesnt set the retail cost of the phones.

Take a look at the Incredible 4G. I got to play with one and i was very impresses. Sounds like the phone will only be $149 possibly with $50 rebate as well

i work for Verizon when have they ever "pulled some crap like that" problem is that somebody posts a guess of a price of a phone and people all go crazy. Dont believe anything you hear until it come straight from the source. Just like everybody was saying the iPhone 5 was coming last year and nope just the 4S.

Incredible will be $99 for sure and Verizon will be carrying a better phone from HTC not announced yet on phone scoop.

They arent having problems at all and once again the price will not be $299 more like $149 with a $50 mail in rebate.

I have no clue why phone scoop is saying the phone is $299. The actual price will be $149.99 with a $50 mail in rebate. The phone is amazing another iPhone crusher.
