The 109 beta is not bad at all. Probably the best one to date. The 109 hybrid was flaky for me....did not like it at all.

Yup, just like I predicted! As soon as the Storm gets a little loving, the naysayers can't help themselves with the low scores on their reviews that they come up with after 5 minutes with the phone.

Phone is very good now and will be even better in the future. The review score has reached the 3.50 mark. I would expect the naysayers to start plastering it again to bring the numbers down. My long term forecast for this phone is that it will be rated higher then the Iphone.

Ok, I have it downloaded and have been playing with it for a few hours. In summary, thihs is one sweet build! Everything is faster and the suretype keyboard is nice to use even more now...fonts are bigger. The browser is very fast...assuming you have it configured right. The naysayers are still trying to bring down the review numbers. As hard as they try, they fail.
My Storm is doing well with .86. My browser is just sweet and I have tons of 3rd party apps on it. They work great. I feel like I am walking around with a mini laptop. Just watch folks, it will get even better then it is now. Patience.

Storm and Google Youtube applicaton
When I had the earlier versions of software...65 and .75, the application(music) would skip around quite a bit.
I have since loaded .83 and the Youtubes videos sound great! No more skipping.

From what I hear, the new update is coming real soon. It only gets better! There are many who are second guessing their quick review and are eating crow right now. In summary, I think that there are people in this forum who will write anything negative about the Storm regardless of how good it gets.

You are an idiot! This phone will be able to make calls unlike the fruit phone on the other side. Stability will be better then the fruit phone. The only thing that the fruit phone has over this is probably the easy scrolling with the hard glass. Then again, the Storm may have the same type of feel, we just don't know yet.

As a phone, the Instinct wins! As a mini computer, the Iphone wins(when it works right). I have experience with both 2G and 3G and the 2G has my vote. #G Iphone is riddled with problems(it's ok fanboys). The Instinct is a nice phone but I think the network is a bit sketchy.

I will not be so quick to blame the 3G coverage on AT&T. I had a Nokia 95-4 and it always held on to a 3G signel where I live. There is no question in my mind that its a defect, software glitch, whatever, on the Iphone itself. The Iphone 3G signel is just so bad that I can't believe that the fanboys still argue that there is no problem.

I think that this time around, Apple, AT&T, whoever you want to blame it on, this phone is cooked!!!! At the end of the day, when direct fullfillment starts sending out there orders, you will see a huge huge amound of these phones going back. This is a message that the carrier and Apple need to see. The ratings score is no exageration. It truly is a subpar phone right now.
