Verizon wants all the sales reps to sell ALL Smartphone, if we don’t we get pulled in the back and the manager asks why we just old a basic phone, because reps have to have a high Smartphone mix.
Why reps ask if you want 5 accessories with your phone is because if the sales reps dose not they get pulled in the back and the manager tells them that is not good enough. Because the company marks them ...
