I have read rumours about a new Samsung phone that can make T-Mobile calls over WiFi.. Anyone know if this phone can do it too?

Look.. There is no way Cingular will get T-Mobile.. TMob with it's TMobile@Home service is going to shortly become bigger than Cingular.. Plus, TMob's european overlords have already stated they will not sell.. They are building up their network.. I am guessing that in the first two quarters of 06 you will be hearing a lot of stories about TMob buying regionals like you are hearing from Sprint right now.. I am betting ...

This phone would be the answer to my PDA phone prayers. Except that it is a CDMA phone. Will Samsung wake up and offer a GSM version of this phone? I want something exactly like this to use with T-Mobile. Can anyone suggest something before I go crazy?

One of the phone reps said that the Treos never really worked right and that tech support is too hard with Treos. This is the supposed reason that the Treo 600/650 is not carried by T-Mobile..

Ok, May 9th and still no comment from T-Mobile about the 650. I do not want to buy an unlocked T650. I want the insurance (even if the price is going way up). I am considering switching back to Sprint for this phone. :evil:

I'm wondering how flexable this phone is. Does anyone know if you will be able to use this phone as a modem for your bluetooth enable PCs? I'd love to dump my cable modem, as I do not need the speed. Just wondering if I can use this to connect to the internet, or if this phone is just not able to do it. Course, I'll probably have to wait to get one to test ...
