The review is VERY well done - thanks much! I assume the iPhone is or will be available in Europe. If that's the case, has anybody read anything that tells whether there will be an unlocked version available there, or does one of the major European carriers have exclusivity there like ATT does in the US for a period of time? Is it two years, or just one, of exclusivity? I want one, of course; question is whether ...

Went to the Verizon store yesterday (Monday). They had the upgrade but had been given instructions that day NOT to flash anymore 710s. No idea why. Another local Verizon store said their cable was broken. Yeah, right! Is there no end to this saga? Jon

Sorry, I hadn't seen those posts. I hope the V3 tools are a free upgrade - I'dnot be too amused to have paid for the V2 tool set (which do say the V710 is supported) for them not to work......ever. Jon

bluetooth mobile phone tools V2

Love the V710! (so far). Jabra 250 works VERY well and it feels very comfortable for me. However, the mobile phone tools V2 with USB bluetooth adapter is not so good. It doesn't work - when opening the tools, the link is made (phone makes appropriate pairing noise, my PC can see the phone, etc.) but phone tools just sits there saying "initializing" and never completes the linkage. Called BVRP (the developer of the product)and they tell me that ...
