Hi, 1. Log-In to your account (top right) 2. Click on the Support Tab 3. Select the Phone/Device Support 4. Select Motorola then Razr V3i 5. Click next 6. Under Device Setup select Auto configure device for MEdia Services 7. Then select Set up your phone for MEdia Net (WAP/Internet) and follow the instructions. Worked for me :)

If you are using Cingular... I went to their support site for a V3i under my account and sent the settings to my KRZR and it worked like a charm.

Make the style key a shortcut then you can put your phone on vibrate or silence without disturbing anyone :)

I have found with Mac that if you load any photo's that have been altered with iphoto etc... it will freeze. Another issue is when access the card with OS X it leaves .files everywhere and the phone OS doesn't know what to do with them and it will freeze. I did find a program on the internet that gets rid of the .files on the card before you put it in your phone. Go here to ...
