I do not have information on it at this time. We do not have a promotion for that at this time. You are unable to order online, at this time. We do not offer a 12 month commitment at this time. How many times do you use at this time to soften the blow of bad information? I hate using it and Im starting to say it all the time, even out of work. I really wish to stop saying it, at this time.

When I am asked if we have any, it bothers me. Almost like "Hey, im in the military and you have to give me a discount because I am and your not". That is what I hear when its asked for it.

I can agree with you on the screen, however give this phone a chance the Beats customers will be lined up for that. Its a gimmick but the phone has the hardware and the data speeds to make it worth the price tag. Tell you what, rather have this then a 4s.

Il say this is true only because the IPHONE is one device and Razr is just one of the 4f devices that are on Verizon. You get selection with Android.

Why would you say that? The only thing that is difference is that the Nexus has NFC and ICS. The razr is a much nicer phone and has the hard ware to back it up. I want to wait to hold both phones to decided which one to get.

I agree, they should have just made an Android and jump on the band wagon. It would have saved them much faster then windows will.

Somehow I know you cant as you know absolutely nothing about my past work experiences and what I have done. Ive never had to care for customers, just sell them. Tmobile was a lot easier to work for then sprint, not that many back end systems.

After reading all of your interactions with customers, I almost want to say that I fear for my life. I have not had much customer service experience in my life time. I'm scared of the stupidity that awaits me in the future.

I agree, it did take a while for the Droid 2 to get an update. At the rate that the phones are coming out im sure it must be hard to have a dedicated team (or person) set to one phone. Once the os becomes more universal we shall see more handsets getting updates faster. Until then, we got root!

Iris is in Alpha. The developers wrote the program in 8 hours apparently. This is what it stand for "intelligent Rival Imitation of Sir". Im sure once more users download it and ask questions, the app will become more usable. It is in the learning stage now and it has a lot of potential to take on Siri.

Im sure once ICS hits the market it will take Android to another level. It still an amazing OS, however IOS5 has a lot to offer. Cant wait to get my hands on it.
