yeah, I'm definitely confused. I've tried so many times to figure out why it constantly comes out blurry (even after I hit 'save'), but like you said, it's best to take it in and get some help!! :D Thanks for the reply!

Sorry for the ignorance, but how do I get the latest firmware upgrade?
My camera has the same issue...I hold it very still until after I can see the save/send/erase button, and it still comes out blurry, or if I move the phone say, to my lap to hit save, it'll take the picture of my lap!!!
Also, does anyone have to click the camera button twice to take their pictures? Or just me?
Call Log Question
I have a question about the call log: my Voyager doesn't list all the calls made/missed/received, but only the most recent.
For example, if I call my friend, hang up, and call back, it only lists that last call, and not the one before it. But if I call my friend, she calls me, and then I call her again, it lists all three.
Is there any way to fix/switch this, or is this just happening on my phone? It's ...
Two Voyager Questions
Hello!
I had two (likely dumb) questions about my new Voyager.
First, what is the tv icon on the top? Does it mean that the tv is on, or that it is capable of being on? The instructions didn't really clarify, and I'm worried (since everyone was playing with my phone the day I go it) that somehow something got activated, and that I'll be charged big bucks at the end of my cycle.

international calling?
I'll be going overseas to London next week for a month, and was wondering how I will be making calls back to the States with this phone. I've never been out of the country before, so any help would be really appreciated.
Does this phone even work in the UK? Will I have to do something with Verizon to activate the international calling? Does it cost anything to have, and will I have to 'deactivate' it when I return? Is ...
Chopping Up Songs
Does anybody know of any program or website that lets you 'chop up' songs that you have on your computer? (I think eringers used to have something like that).
Kind of like how Walmart has 30 second clips...I wanted to do that on my own, so I can pick which part of the song I wanted to use as my ringtone. Any ideas or help?

Yeah...I used to be able to click on the song and it would save the clip to my computer - now it just starts playing in windows media. Did Walmart change their policy, or is there another way to do it that I'm missing?
Calendar
I can't figure out how I'm overlooking this, but I use my calendar religiously to keep track of my schedule since I juggle 2 jobs, an internship, and school. I don't ever want a reminder though, but I can't seem to get it to give me the option to turn it off. It's only "on time" "5 minutes before" etc. etc. I even just tried setting it to "silent" but it won't let me do it (it just brings ...

I just got the new pink RAZR today, and was trying to figure out how to create a new ringtone (in the instruction book on page 59). I tried recording my own, and it didn't work, which is fine - but now I can't figure out how to delete it! Any instructions? Sorry for such a silly question and thanks in advance for the help!

I'm pretty new to all of the cell phone technology, but I was trying to purchase a new phone since my old Samsung one has basically died on me (but that's another story).
My friend told me about unlocked phones, and so I was wondering if anybody has gone this route. There's a blue Razr I wanted, but I'm nervous as to these online companies. Are they credible? Where did they get these phones from? Are they refurbished overseas ...
Voicemail and Dust Question
