the retail value of a phone never increases only the promotion price that was just a ploy to get you to get the phone which u still had to pay FULL RETAIL for the phone if you did switch to the Value rate plan

thats stupid "doing anything and everything to get subscribers " its pre paid meaning there is NO CONTRACT involved youre free to walk if u choose to do so
