Stop mis-informing customers and deal with the fact that your losing the cell phone battle. wha wha!! no no.... VZW man simpliy said that there is a period of time after you cancel your service in which you can port your number to any other service if you cancel your number, you CANNOT port it. once you cancel, it is no longer YOUR number...it ...

the slider doesnt seem sensitive enough to allow that to happen with great frequency...plus there's always the option that disables the slider to answer/end calls.... you can also make a call without opening the slider.

"T-Mobile no longer offering insurance for customers unless you are within a week of the activation. " -does this apply to contract renewals? if no, i think it's complete BS to be denied insurance on a brand new $300 phone based on the simple fact that i'm a loyal, returning customer, and i didnt happen to think about it 3 years ago when i first signed up (nevermind the fact that at the time i did not know such insurance ...
