man... you just resored my faith. today i was actually starting to let the things irate customers say get to me.. but now i realize how good we are and how much our customers take it for granted and just try to cheat us out of more because they can. it's like,"we really do care and want to help. don't rip us off, because we really aren't out to do that to you...". i'm an honest salesperson and i ...

I wish more people posted in the Sprint forum. I have gotten kind of into my job and I am sick of reading Verizon's postings... I want us to be unified too. So if you work for Sprint, shout out your name, where you're located and what your position is.. and how old you are too if it doesn't bother you. Okay okay, I'll start... :P Ashley - Cincinnati, Ohio - Retail Communications Consultant - 22. I've got ...

yeah, but i bet if a customer who was infact only over by like 3 mins, called in to customer solutions or to a local store and complained, they'd get that amount creditted back to their account. well... let me be more concise: if a customer called *my* store with this complaint about one of their invoices, i'd certainly credit them. i follow the rules, but i'm also fair. plus, that customer will probably be way more likely to ...

If you say, "anything but Samsung!" that doesn't meet the specific-brand rule. If you're willing to shell out the dough and you meet the requirements, you can just get the New For You rebate instead. I was thinking today... Has anyone noticed that on Phonescoop in particular, the advertisement of GSM devices/services seems to be more prevalent than that of CDMA? I myself notice particularly when it seems every site I visit is devoid completely of Sanyo branded products. What's up with that? After the buy-out is totally complete, there will basically be 4 top cell carriers: Sprint, Verizon, Cingular and T-Mobile... that's two CDMA and two GSM. So why is it that GSM is ...

if we have the N400 in the warehouse (which i believe we do), they'd send another one. if not, we have a list of phones we go by to determine which is of equal or better value to replace it with. and yes, the PRL is loaction-based... meaning if she is going to school somewhere other than where she lives, it's very important to have that updated. the Perferred Roaming List needs to be up-to-date with her location so ...

No, no, nothing will be erased. She probably needs both a PRL and software upgrade; go into a Sprint store (one with a tech on duty- not an Express Store) and this will be done for free, just tell the rep what's going on and request an update. Also, request testing while it's back there. If it fails any test, and is within warranty, you can get a replacement shipped to you for free (sometimes it's shipped to the ...

actually, you're incorrect. we would allow him to add a sub line to his current accont- not change his number- to be eligible for instant-rebate/new customer pricing. he must keep his current line/number functioning and open a sub-line under it; ie: a NEW activation is REQUIRED. anything else would be false churn... and we aren't a fan of creating such innaccurate churn rates within our subscriber base... as i don't think any company would be. but you were... almost ...
