The nerdy guys and girls who all sit in the same section, painting Warhammer figurines, and talking about last nights battle of D&D. The are often found reading sci-fi novels at lunch, and proudly sporting hair that appears to not have been washed in weeks. (BTW- these are my favorite types of call center employees) 8)

I've asked about aliases and I was basically told that we HAVE to use the name on our ID badge. Luckily, my first name is not spelled how one think it would be, so fortunately I haven't had any creepers add me on FB.
