These customers are often found roaming around with a reoccuring issue. These customers will spend all but the last couple of minutes cussing, screaming, fighting, and being rude annoying and usually thick the whole call. But right at the end of the call (whether or not you gave them what they want) they will all always apologize usually saying things like "I know it's not your fault..." or "I'm really sorry I said X Y and Z but..." or ...

I'm assuming you didn't credit his account? I had a cust who was going to have a reship on (under waranty) we get to the last step, I submitted it, and she disconnects. The submission fails, invalid credit card, so I just exited the account and ddin't send her a phone. GO ME! (She diserved no phone! :twisted: )

I try to live with mine as little as possible. If I had a home phone I wouldn't really have to at all... I don't even text. Though I'm thinking about fixing that...

I just got a call, working with asurion (phone insurance), and the customer had a simple flip phone the Moto W755. They didn't even know how to turn in on :roll:
