Same arguement has been said about the other carriers in others areas by other customers, you don't like the service you had a trial period to test it out. You have the option to cancel and move on, suck it up pay your cancelation fees or any other fees for the service YOU chose to keep and get a service that works for you. No carrier can absolutely 100% guarantee service everywhere no matter what the store reps tell ...

It amazes me how peop are more worried about having cell phone service than they are of the potential of placing others lives in danger with cell phones being used for remote detonations???. At least the government took things serious enough in trying to avoid further danger of bombings. I say good for them. Grow up people.

in the Article: Sprint Finalizes 'Bill Shock' Notification Service forum

You would be surprised at how many calls we get monthly from customers complaining that they were never notified they were close to overage. They are for the most part lazy and feel entitled and should be catered to. It's too hard to send a text to check usage but it's much easier calling in complaining for an hour demanding credit for something they did........

Or like the last promo Sprint had for port in credits.....yes some stores may have messed up but it's also the idiot customers who are too damn lazy to read the part where they need to oh I don't know maybe UNDERSTAND what it is exactly that they are getting. Customers are lazy and expect to be given what they want when they want it without any responsibility of their own......everyone is quick to jump down Sprint's throat whenever ...

I work for Sprint as well and have worked here for many many years in the call center, some of my co-workers have had the charging port issue with the original EVO and that is a known issue with it. Guess I'm more careful with my phones that some people. (aside from me having to have the latest phones cause I'm a phone junkie lol)

Never had an issue with my EVO 4G LTE, never had any issues with my previous versions of the EVO (and yes I have every version of the phone). My phone can do everything I want it to do and everything that the Iphone does. Iphones are highly overrated and Apple is sitting on their hands thinking they have nothing to worry about as far as which phone is the best. The so called "new Iphone" is just a ...

Like the other carriers Sprint raised fees to sell the iphone just like the others did because as unfortunate as it is Apple has all the carriers by the balls and they know it. Each carrier that sells the iphone has to make cost changes to pay Apple the ridiculous amount of money they demand for their overrated phones. Sprint is going thru Network Vision and yes it is causing some problems but in the long run it will ...

Cause there never was an official memo or anything from Sprint saying when it would be released. It was an estimation not a definite. Don't know why people are so pissy about it the 3D is a great phone even without ICS but one persin has got to have what the other does.

No one sees an issue because todays parents would rather buy their kids anything they want so they don't have to deal with their crap. And then the parents call the phone companies to complain about all the charges their kids do on the phones and say they know their kids didn't download anything.......Parents are the ones to blame.

You are obviously a former Sprint customer who didn't get what you wanted or left because you didn't wnat to pay your bill. Sprint is doing very well and is not being taken over by anyone, do some research on Sprints last 6 quarters to see proof.

People always dog Sprint no matter what they try to do, Sprint is the red headed step child of the cellular industry and nothing they do will satisfy anyone. What people don't realize is Sprint is aligning itself to work the same process that the other carriers do but no one complains about them and their processed. If you don't want a contract get prepaid becuase you would probably be a whiner calling constantly about his bill demanding credits ...

These plans are too much for too little, yes you can do video/picture/audio but seriously $30 for 200 messages and $50 for 500? I'm happy with my unlimited internationl text plan for $10 at Sprint. Say what you want about Sprint but I have had their service for 10yrs and hardly have any issues.

It is actually going to cause a loss of jobs, people in the Tmo call center where I live were told about severance packages and "retirement" when the merger goes thru. So TMo employees (the ones here anyway) are dreading the merger and dont want it to go thru.

Yes we do get more these days but seriously Americans are spoiled and think we are entitled to get things cheap and have learned that the more they complain they will eventually get something, we all want more for less. Unfortunately you are right John B the government has and can be bought for the right price look at the drug companies they own a good portion of Congress now. Greed is the base of every business deal in the world someone always trying to be at the top of the hill, some call it business but me I'm sticking with greed.

if you say so Versed I just posted my thoughts and yes they are greedy because they can use what they already have instead of buying up more and more. I say AT&T should improve on what they already have then maybe look into more in the future instead of ignoring the issue and buy up something else. Call my comments troll or whatever other word you can come up with but I still stand by what I said. ...

So apparently AT&T wants to buy everthing up and not leave anything for others. He who has the most toys wins it sounds like their attitude. I understand wanting to be the best in what you do but at some point they have to stand back and be happy with and work with what they have......

My point is why now why this moment did Apple wait to trow its tantrum why bite tye hand that "feeds" you. If there are true patent infringements what took them so long to jump on it. My feelibg is Apple just realized their precious Iphone is not the only or by far the best choice out there and they don't like their top dog status is being challenged.

Re: BAD APPLE!!!

Apple needs to grow up and stop playing grade school games. Like AT&T they want to control everything and everyone and dictate how things should be run and tell people what they want. I for one refuse to support their efforts by purchasing any more of their products and while they may be good products they are not the best and by far not the only ones out there. I don't pist much on here but after watching people ...
