Re: I'm Suing Apple
I don't think you understand. Apple innovates everything. They created smartphones. They would never copy anything. They aren't samesung.
Re: Yawn......Was hoping for a smaller design
Sony has front facing speakers that are as loud as HTC?
Re: Upgrade cycle
But now with phone financing they may start to upgrade every year.
Re: With HTC
Sense is a fantastic skin on top of Android and is much less invasive than Samsung. HTC has already updated a lot of the HTC ONE phones. Samsung has only updated the Verizon version in the states. Has LG updated any phones to lollipop?
Re: Fool me twice, shame on me
Except that if the phone stops working for whatever reason support for the OnePlus One is nearly none existant. And the upgrade for the HTC (m7) was within the 90 days and both HTC ONE's have been far superior to the Samsung Galaxy s4 and s5.
Re: Not smart
Wouldn't it be twice as much work to go from CDMA to HSPA then to LTE than just going to LTE?
Re: Throttled is still unlimited
I don't think you understand what Unlimited means. un·lim·it·ed adjective \-ˈli-mə-təd\ : without any limits or restrictions : not limited in number or amount So that means that any company at all that advertises unlimited internet is doing false advertising. Its impossible to have unlimited internet. If you are throttled to 500 kbits/s then you can only download 2.47 GB a month if you download continuously for the entire month. 2.47 GB is not unlimited. So please get your facts straight.
Re: Bank of America...... in 2015?
Looks like someone doesn't know how to use and Android phone. But I like Windows Phone too.
Re: Duopoly gets bigger
If T-Mobile or Sprint wanted it they could afford it. They have very large parent companies. Those parents companies don't think they need that Spectrum. Plus over 50% of the population is with Verizon and AT&T so them getting this spectrum it helps the majority of the people in the US. How is more people getting more spectrum a bad thing?
Re: Small Carriers
What small carriers?
Re: Wait, what?! Republicans actually PRO people?!
You know LibtarExposer I've heard you talk like this before. And I'm wondering when are you going to run for office. I will vote for you a million times.
Oh yes because Palm did so great with webOS. It totally saved them from the brink of disa... Oh wait it didn't save anything. It couldn't compete with iOS and Android. And this is coming from some who liked his original Palm Pre. But that one had to be overclocked in order for it to run decently.
I don't see what the big deal is.
I have nothing to hide. I don't care if they FBI goes through my phone. They just might get jealous from my pics though. And plus its not like they just go through everybody's phone. Only people who are suspected of doing something bad. And the FBI has to get a warrant from an impartial judge.
Re: I know who the head of the FBI reports to
Are you kidding me? Obama is the greatest thing that has ever happened to this country. Unemployment has dropped since Obama took office, the economy is no longer in a recession that Bush created. All the problems that Obama inherited from Bush and he has come this far? Its astounding. Obama has made peace with other nations and we are no longer hated. If there was a god then it would be Obama.
Re: Mixed Feelings
Tax the rich more? What do rich people do when taxes go up? They hide their money better. Look at Apple. They are an "American" except most of their money goes to other countries. All their manufacturing goes to China. A lot of their parts are bought from Taiwan and South Korea. And what about the money they make from licensing deals? They started a new company in Ireland because the taxes on ...
Re: The only people that would use bing over google..are in the Garage.. :/
That and Bing is really just that bad.
Re: Not surprised in the least.
Took the words right out my keyboard.
No its not arrogance. Its because they don't need it.
That's funny. I can tell when a t-mobile customer calls me. They start breaking up and eventually the call is lost.
Yes Wifi an be implemented anywhere but that doesn't mean Wifi calling will work. You could implement Wifi in the middle of the ocean and still not be able to make wifi calls. AT&T and Verzion don't need Wifi calling. And there is many options to use wifi to make calls back home from going overseas.
Re: Dear Supreme Court
Proper verification. The same verification that I get when people buy a phone from me? So if I wanted to I could just call up and pretend to be that person and lock their phones. That is an awesome idea.
Re: Okey But No 700MHZ A Block???
OMG you are right. Those two phones that no one wants to going to blow up T-mobile.
The problem is they have no money to build towers. DT wants to get rid of them so bad that they aren't putting any money in to T-mo. So the only option for T-mo is to make themselves look good to get a new buyer.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer company.
I used to work for them as an associate and as a manager. They continually lowered the commission so that they can keep more and more money. They would have the dumbest sales presentations. At one point they wanted you to lean on something to talk to a customer because it was supposed to make the customer feel at ease. When I first started we had to hound people about cellphones and after a few ...
Re: that sucks
Monoprice.com is a zillion times cheaper than Radiocrap.
Re: AT&T years
That probably has more to do with the iPhone because its such a piece of trash. Don't have that problem with Android.
Re: Great experience?
Well then let me give you a reason why that feature is worthless. I don't have internet service in my home. I use my phone as a hotspot, because I get 30mbps in my home. Why would I pay the cable company 50 bucks a month for slower speeds and then have to deal with their customer service. AT&T and VZW don't need that feature because they have such great networks. Whereas Sprint and T-mobile ...
Re: sorry to say this
The moto X is basically an Android iPhone. It just works.
Re: 3 prepaid services
That is because you are paying attention. Go outside right now and go to a fast food place and ask anyone there who owns Cricket. I bet you they won't even know what you are talking about.
Re: Cricket Math is terrible
It actually says up to double data. :o :o :o
Re: Good Offer
First off Cricket can't beat my AT&T plan. How much do you think 2000 anytime minutes, unlimited text & data would cost? I get it for $40 a month. Where do you get an extra $45 a month from? The basic plan for Cricket is $40 a month. The starting plan for a single AT&T plan is $65 a month for double the data than that cricket plan. That is saving $20 from your estimate.
Re: Better Options
FYI the regular facebook app has the exact same permissions.
Re: Good Offer
Oh so I have to buy two phones so I have one as a backup. I see.
Re: Translation to English
No I was refering to Zpike. He hates Apple so much that if they created the cure for Cancer he would say that they either stole it or say its not really a cure for cancer its just a placebo.
Re: Once an icon, now a gimmick for lower tier competitors to steer customers their way?
So then you have a bunch of wasted screen real estate. And still a phone that is way to big to hold or fit into a pocket.
Re: The Ford,Chevy and Dodge of Generation 2K
The question is. Is it really that big of a deal?
Are you serious. Is it that hard to implement? Both of my HTC ONEs new and old don't do that.
Re: Catching Up
No you have it totally wrong. I have my HTC ONE m8. I have zero problems with it. There is no crashing...Actually I take that back before I updated to the newest software the camera would force close in low light if I didn't have the Flash on. I don't know why. Kinda weird. Updated and never saw that problem again. But I do have a custom rom on it so that is probably the problem. Android phones ...
Re: The Ford,Chevy and Dodge of Generation 2K
I don't think you get the point. Android fanboys just like point out the hypocrisy of iSheep.
Do any phones support simultaneous voice and LTE data?
